Training we develop includes presentations, videos, software demonstrations, and interactive simulations. We offer support in the following areas:
Computer-Based Training (CBT)
includes informational presentations, software demonstrations, and interactive software simulations that allow learners to practice tasks. Most CBT is Web-based, but
where Web access is a challenge, courses can be provided on CDs or USB drives.
Instructor-Led Training (ILT)
is delivered to a group of learners in person. ILT is best applied to subjects that are complex and/or likely to illicit a lot of questions and feedback from learners.
Deliverables generally include on-screen presentations, printed guides, and group exercises.
Blended learning
combines online educational materials and interaction with traditional classroom facilitation. A virtual class is a good example of this, where materials may be both
self-paced and instructor-led with opportunities for plenty of student-student and student-teacher interaction.
Learning Management Systems (LMSs)
are web-based tools for advertising, enrolling students, and presenting training courses. Capabilities and costs vary. We can help you set up and maintain your
courseware on such platforms as Adobe Prime, Intellum Exceed, Moodle, and Thinkific.
We also develop content for Facebook, LinkedIn, Vimeo, and YouTube.
